What is the difference between Xeomin and Dysport?
Both Xeomin and Dysport are botulinum toxin type A products used to relax muscles and reduce wrinkles. Xeomin is a "naked" neurotoxin with no additives, which may lower the risk of developing resistance over time. Dysport tends to spread slightly more, making it great for larger treatment areas like the forehead. During your consultation, we'll recommend the best option based on your goals and treatment areas.
How long do dermal fillers last?
Hyaluronic acid fillers typically last 6-18 months depending on the product used, treatment area, and your metabolism. Lip fillers generally last 6-12 months, while cheek and jawline fillers can last 12-18 months. Radiesse, a biostimulatory filler, can last a year or longer as it stimulates your body's own collagen production.
What is microneedling with Salmon PDRN?
Microneedling creates tiny micro-channels in the skin to stimulate collagen production and improve skin texture. We enhance this treatment with Salmon PDRN (Polydeoxyribonucleotide), a powerful regenerative serum derived from salmon DNA that accelerates tissue repair, reduces inflammation, and boosts hydration. Combined with red/blue LED light therapy, this treatment delivers exceptional skin rejuvenation results.

Is there any downtime after aesthetic treatments?
Downtime varies by treatment. Tox injections (Xeomin, Dysport) typically have no downtime — you can return to normal activities immediately. Dermal fillers may cause mild swelling or bruising for 1-3 days. Microneedling may cause redness for 24-48 hours. PDO smooth threads may cause mild swelling for a few days. We'll provide detailed aftercare instructions for your specific treatment.
What are PDO smooth threads?
PDO (Polydioxanone) smooth threads are absorbable threads placed under the skin to stimulate collagen production over time. Unlike lifting threads, smooth threads focus on improving skin texture, firmness, and overall quality. They're ideal for areas like the face, neck, decolletage, under-eyes, and backs of hands. The threads dissolve naturally over 4-6 months while continuing to stimulate collagen for months afterward.
Do I need a consultation before treatment?
While a consultation is encouraged, it is not required. If you already understand the treatment options and know what you'd like, you're welcome to book that service directly. However, if you have a specific area of concern and want to discuss your options or learn more about what different treatments can do, a consultation is a great place to start. The $50 consultation fee is applied as credit toward any service booked within 30 days.
