Her approach starts with understanding your health history, goals, and lifestyle. From there, she builds a treatment plan combining the right medication with nutrition coaching, custom macros, and ongoing support to help you reach and maintain your goals long-term.

Do I need to drive to Delaware for appointments?
Not necessarily. We offer telehealth appointments for weight loss patients across all of Ohio. If you prefer in-person, our Delaware office is about 25 minutes from downtown Columbus via US-23. Many Columbus patients choose a mix of both.
